Tried 2 times and get Software Failure-aqb Program failed (error#80000003).Wait for disk activity to finish.

Once I reboot I can start game no problem but once I’m just about to enter the Paris dock this error comes up and crashes my system

Try the game without startup-sequence. If it still crashes then we'll try something else but if everything works fine then disable programs in WBStartup and check what's being loaded in startup-sequence and user-startup.

today I tried docking into Hamburg and all went well then I saved the game and went back to Paris and bang same error...this only started happening last few days and I did not touch anything in startup-sequence or user-startup or WBstartup so the issue cannot be from my system.

Do you still experience it?

Make sure your update was correct. Nobody else reported such an issue and many played it online yesterday (one had even a three-hour session).
I suspect something is interfering with your connection (I looked into your other posts and you reported many issues nobody else had so this confirms it further). Either way, try updating the game without startup-sequence. If it's correct then I'd advise analyzing what else is loaded with the system that could make potential trouble.
Other than that, is your MaxTransfer for the drive correctly set?

my issue is I had no problem playing hours on end before and docking with no problem at Paris port. If I had changed something in my system then I could understand it could be something that was changed that caused the issue but like I already said nothing had been changed on my system at all.
I will try again today saving game at another dock before entering Paris.
My max transfer setting is whatever was set when doing fresh install with OS3.2 and have zero issues with my system

Also scan your Amiga for viruses. It MAY be a problem - I personally got my Amiga infected with Happy New Year 96 during Aquabyss testing without noticing and it had similar symptoms. Just in case.
